Etched Birchbark Articles

$200.00
sold out

Birchbark is a very versatile material, ideally suited for containers, canoes and housing. These bark artifacts are made with the inside of the bark exposed. Traditionally, designs were etched into the bark, exposing the lighter colored inner bark. In more recent years, bark containers have also been decorated with paint, in addition to the etched designs.
