Tomah Joseph Log Carrier

$75.00
sold out

Have you heard of Tomah Joseph? He was the governor of the Passamaquoddy tribe in Maine and a birch bark artist. He also taught a young Franklin Delano Roosevelt how to paddle a canoe and all about Native traditions! FDR never forget the lessons he learned from his friend. Tomah's artwork still hangs in the family's summer home. This is a fine example of Tomah Joseph’s skill.
